We love to keep our customers happy, which is why we always aim to get our orders out within two days of purchase. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will generally arrive 2 - 3 days later if you are in the UK. Emailed gift cards will be sent out within 48 hours of purchase, but if you are in a particularly hurry, please do give us a call or make a note in the “Notes to the Seller” box when you check out.

Our gift cards can be redeemed any time within 24 months of purchase and we're always putting new classes in the diary.
